What you will work on

• Partner with product and growth teams to define key metrics, generate hypotheses to drive growth, and uncover insights that navigate our strategy.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives for product development.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide feature iteration.
• Develop and maintain core dashboards and reporting in our BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, engagement, and retention to identify opportunities for growth.
