Higgsfield AI is an ambitious startup working on creating fundamental video AI model for social media. The founders are Alex Mashrabov (former Head of Generative AI at Snapchat, 3x founder, $166m exit) and Yerzat Dulat, a leading AI star in Kazakhstan. The company has attracted over $15M in funding from top Silicon Valley Venture Funds such as Menlo Ventures.

Higgsfield is looking for a part-time prompt engineer to create the future of personalized AI-generate videos.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations related to content creation and promotion.
• Collaborate with content team to producthe e content.
• Market overview to bring best technology and practices into Higgsfield content offering.

Requirements:

• Experience working with AI-powered content generation tools such as Midjourney, FLUX, Kling, and Runwayml.
• Experience prompting and using large language models such as chatGPT, LLAMA, Claude, Gemini.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Automation: Experienced in using automation tools such as Python scripts / Excel macros / no-code platforms to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Knowledge of Chinese language and Russian/English language

Compensation

• P75 according to the market, based on Carta data (depending on level and location).
• Furthermore, there are plans to open an office in the UK, offering the possibility of relocation.
