1. Sponsor

The Higgsfield Cinema Challenge (the "Challenge") is sponsored by Higgsfield Inc. ("Sponsor"), located in California, USA. The official platform for the Challenge is the website located at [Official Website Link].

2. Eligibility

This Challenge is open to individuals worldwide, excluding residents of any territory where prohibited by law or under U.S. export controls or sanctions. Entrants must have a public Instagram account to participate. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3. Challenge Period

The Challenge ends on January 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) (the "Challenge Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. Entries must be posted during the Challenge Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Challenge, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram:

1. Create Your Cinematic Masterpiece: Generate video content using Higgsfield Cinema Studio. The submission should focus on "Absolute AI-Cinema," prioritizing lighting, composition, camera movement, and storytelling.
2. Add the Higgsfield Watermark: All entries must include the official Higgsfield watermark, placed clearly in the video and thumbnail so it is visible and unobstructed.
3. Post on Instagram: Upload the content to a public Instagram account as a "Reel."
4. Post Duration: 30 seconds minimum.
5. Caption Requirements: The post's caption must include the official hashtag #HiggsfieldCinema and a tag @higgsfield.ai. The caption should include the text: “@higgsfield.ai #HiggsfieldCinema”.
6. Tagging: The video must tag @higgsfield.ai.
7. Submission: By posting with the correct tags and hashtag, you are automatically entered. Note: Any entry with an edited caption will be automatically disqualified.

5. Submission Requirements and Disqualification

All Submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
