1. Sponsor The Higgsfield SOUL Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Higgsfield Inc. ("Sponsor"), located in California, USA. The official platform for the Contest is the website located at LINK.
2. Eligibility This Contest is open to individuals worldwide, excluding residents of any territory where prohibited by law or under U.S. export controls or sanctions. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. Contest Period The Contest begins on July 2, 2025, at 09:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:
- Share the Launch Reel – Repost the Sponsor’s official SOUL Contest launch Reel to your public Instagram Story and tag @higgsfield.ai.
- Create Your Images – Generate one (1) to five (5) images using the Higgsfield SOUL model. No external photographs, edits, or third-party assets may be added.
- Post a Carousel – Upload the six images as a single Instagram carousel; Frame 6 must be the official contest cover (available via the link in Sponsor’s bio or Story highlights).
- Caption Requirements – Begin the caption with the phrase “@higgsfield.ai SOUL Contest” and keep the post publicly viewable for the duration of the Contest and judging phases.
- Entry Limits – An individual Instagram account may submit up to three (3) new carousels per calendar day, for a maximum of thirty (30) carousels during the Contest Period.
5. Submission Requirements and Disqualification All Submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Submission that it believes:
- Fails to complete all mandatory steps outlined in Section 4 ('How to Enter').
- Contains any third-party copyrighted material or may be subject to a copyright claim or "strike."
- Includes content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise offensive, obscene, or inappropriate (NSFW).
- Submitting materially similar or identical content multiple times may be deemed a violation of the daily entry limit and may result in the disqualification of those entries.
- Shows evidence of deceptive engagement, including but not limited to the purchasing of views or likes, or the use of bot activity to inflate performance metrics.
- Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, or any other fraudulent methods will void that entrant's Submissions and that entrant may be disqualified.
- Submissions may include third-party assets, such as royalty-free music or stock footage, provided the entrant has a valid license to use such assets in their video for this purpose and can provide proof of license upon request.
6. Winner Selection and Judging Following the conclusion of the Contest Period, potential winners will be selected across several categories. The judging period will last up to five (5) working days after the Contest Period ends. Winners will be announced on a rolling basis as they are confirmed, immediately following the judging process.
- Judging Panel: Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of internal experts from Higgsfield Inc. and a guest Director of Photography (the "Judging Panel").
