The Higgsfield Max Challenge (the "Challenge") is sponsored by Higgsfield Inc. ("Sponsor"), located in California, USA. The official platform for the Challenge is the website located at LINK.
2. Eligibility
This Challenge is open to individuals worldwide, excluding residents of any territory where prohibited by law or under U.S. export controls or sanctions. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. Challenge Period
The Challenge begins on July 30, 2025, at 09:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on August 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Challenge Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. Entries must be submitted during the Challenge Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Challenge, participants must complete the following steps:
- On Instagram:
- Share the Launch Reel – Repost the Sponsor’s official Max Challenge launch Reel to your public Instagram Story and tag @higgsfield.ai.
- Create a Video: Produce a video that is between 10 and 45 seconds in length.
- Creative Brief: The video must showcase at least one feature from the Higgsfield AI platform
- Post on Instagram: Upload the video to a public Instagram account as a "Reel".
- Caption: The post's caption (on Instagram) must include the official hashtag #higgsfieldmax and a tag @higgsfield.ai, so the caption should start with “@higgsfield.ai #higgsfieldmax”.
- Tag: The video must tag @higgsfield.ai and @hailuoai_official
- Entry Limits: Participants are limited to a maximum of two (2) new video submissions per Instagram account per calendar day during the Challenge Period.
- On X:
- Retweet the Launch Post – Retweet the Sponsor’s official Max Challenge launch Post to your public X account.
- Create a Video: Produce a video that is between 10 and 45 seconds in length.
- Creative Brief: The video must showcase at least one feature from the Higgsfield AI platform
- Post on X: Upload the video to a public X account as a "Video".
- Caption: The post's caption (on X) must include the official hashtag #higgsfieldmax and a tag @higgsfield_ai, so the caption should start with “@higgsfield_ai #higgsfieldmax”.
- Tag: The video must tag @higgsfield_ai and @Hailuo_AI
- Entry Limits: Participants are limited to a maximum of two (2) new video submissions per X account per calendar day during the Challenge Period.
5. Submission Requirements and Disqualification
All Submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Submission that it believes:
- Fails to complete all mandatory steps outlined in Section 4 ('How to Enter').
- Contains any third-party copyrighted material or may be subject to a copyright claim or "strike."
- Includes content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, defamatory, political or otherwise offensive, provocative, obscene, or inappropriate (NSFW).
- Submitting materially similar or identical content multiple times may be deemed a violation of the daily entry limit and may result in the disqualification of those entries.
- Shows evidence of deceptive engagement, including but not limited to the purchasing of views or likes, or the use of bot activity to inflate performance metrics.
- Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, or any other fraudulent methods will void that entrant's Submissions and that entrant may be disqualified.
- Submissions may include third-party assets, such as royalty-free music or stock footage, provided the entrant has a valid license to use such assets in their video for this purpose and can provide proof of license upon request.
